Before you enquire

Common questions.

Can you produce from our drawings?

We review custom panel drawings, sections and material requirements before confirming feasibility and the quotation. Include the drawing revision and enough views to define the component.

What if we only have a sketch?

A dimensioned sketch can start the discussion. We will identify the missing dimensions, section details and material information needed before production can be approved.

Is there a standard T-type section?

This website does not define a universal T-type section. The main panel, branch geometry, face orientation and interfaces are confirmed for each drawing.

What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?

These depend on the component, material availability, quantities and production requirements. Both are confirmed in the project quotation.

Can the two faces use different materials?

Tell us the material and thickness required on each face. The complete construction and availability are reviewed before confirmation.

Can you confirm a fire rating or load capacity?

Send the exact standard, rating or load case required. Suitability and supporting evidence must be confirmed for the specified assembly; a generic material description is insufficient.
