Inspection focus

Check what matters
to the assembly.

Inspection requirements should be agreed before production, especially where panels connect to customer equipment or other supplied parts.

  • Overall dimensions, section and orientation.
  • Face material and visible surface condition.
  • Opening positions and edge details.
  • Panel identification, quantity and protection.

Specify critical tolerances and inspection records in the enquiry. Any special testing or certification requirements are reviewed and quoted separately.

Packing & delivery preparation

Keep the panel list
with the shipment.

Agree panel marks, grouping, surface protection and destination requirements before packing. For long or unusual components, packing dimensions and transport handling need review alongside the panel geometry.
